This year at the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival, I went a little crazy buying additives for my art yarn line. This adds a pop of color and lots of texture. This skein, called Creature , consists of merino wool plied with a nylon thread and lots and lots of yarn bits, silk ribbon, and Teeswater locks. This skein called Disco Unicorn , is a 2 ply merino yarn with sequins and Angelina sparkles making it a bulky weight yarn. I found it very difficult to accurately capture how this skein shines with the camera but boy does it sparkle! Love was made with...well...love and it is unbelievably soft! The base is a merino tencel blend in deep rich tones of pinks and reds, plied with a nylon thread and lots of Teeswater locks. Have a very Merry Christmas from Sunrise Lodge Fiber Studio!!!
