Years ago I wove some bookmarks in 20/2 tencel and I remember being terrified at the thought of weaving with such fine threads. Well, today I started weaving with those same fine threads, being 20/2 tencel, using one of my original patterns Waves and Water. This changes the element of the fabric due not only to the finer threads but a much denser epi. And then through the reed. The tension set! Color selection of the first scarf :) Header woven in! It's going to happen!!!! Ok...pattern emerging... I'd have to say that I'm happy with the results thus far. Since I have enough on the warp for 4 scarves, I might change colors a couple of times to see how it works out with the white background. Comparing this to the same pattern in the past in 8/2 tencel, the 20/2 is about half the width and certainly more picks per inch. The fabric should have fabulous drape. I guess I'll just have to see when I wet finish them. In other news,
